We’re looking for a Social Media & PR Manager who will help drive brand awareness and impact for Docebo. This position will be responsible for PR, content & communications, and social media. Having strengths in these areas and a flair for creative storytelling, you will have a proven track record of creating and executing PR and social media programs.

Reports to: Sr. Marketing Communications Manager - Content Strategist
Develop external communications plans, messaging, as well as content for social media and traditional media, including the development of key messages, press releases, pitches, and spokesperson prep material.
Help generate PR and social media ideas, processes, and strategies for relevant industry conferences/events/trade shows in which the company participates.
Develop daily content and manage all of the company's social media platforms, presence and blogs including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and additional channels.
Continuously monitor local, national, and international media, identifying opportunities to drive paid, earned, and owned content through print, online, and broadcast coverage.
Build and nurture media and influencer relationships to help generate brand awareness and interest.
Create and manage media contact lists and pitching schedules.
Create press releases and news articles for the company.
Build relationships with key media outlets (newspapers, industry associations, technology news websites, blogs, television) and ensure media coverage of important news and events.
Proactively identify media and public relations opportunities, including pitching story ideas to target media stakeholders.
Provide community management and measure results and performance/impact of initiatives (lead generation), including social media and media relations efforts, producing status reports.
Develop unique stories and repurpose content to secure coverage on an ongoing basis.
Communicate effectively with internal marketing and sales teams
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field is preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of professional work experience in an agency, corporate, or media setting, with an emphasis in public relations/content/brand awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong B2B experience
SaaS start-up and/or Enterprise software experience is an asset
Advanced proficiency with social media platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and additional channels
Experience with marketing automation systems (Hubspot is a plus)
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
