As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will essentially work to reduce the friction in the sales process so salespeople can be as effective and successful as possible. You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, training, etc.) on everything from sales and revenue strategy to lead management to CRM implementation and management.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and tools, data analytics, and CRM implementation (Salesforce) experience within the SaaS space.
