As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will essentially work to reduce the friction in the sales process so salespeople can be as effective and successful as possible. You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, training, etc.) on everything from sales and revenue strategy to lead management to CRM implementation and management.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and tools, data analytics, and CRM implementation (Salesforce) experience within the SaaS space. Reports to: CRO

You will:

  • Work with sales representatives to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization, enabling sales to spend more time on customer facing activities
  • Work with executive and sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies for the Sales organization
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Services to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals
  • Develop and Implement best practices of core sales operations functions including comp design, lead management, quota setting, and business analytics
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales reps productivity
  • Perform deep analysis on our sales processes to discover and suggest continuous improvement opportunities while working closely with the Sales Enablement team.

You have:

  • 4+ years experience of SalesOps or CustomerOps
  • A strong operational mindset and an obsession with details
  • A drive for doing both strategic, long-term planning activities as well as repetitive tasks
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel
  • Strong business consulting and analytical skills,
  • A passion for organization
  • Ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • MBA is preferred.
