The Senior Marketing Communications Manager - Content Strategist is responsible for defining and maintaining Docebo’s corporate voice/tone and aligning all content and channels accordingly. This role owns the strategy and execution of Docebo’s asset-based content strategy, Docebo’s PR market presence, and all Docebo social media channels.
The Content Strategist is responsible for the strategic development and execution of a robust, industry leading content strategy designed to drive website traffic and engagement and generate and nurture marketing qualified leads using an omni channel approach to content marketing.

Location: Downtown Toronto
Develop and manage execution of a campaign-based content strategy aligned with product development, industry landscape, customer needs, and thought leadership trends
Create and maintain a favorable public image for Docebo by communicating programs, accomplishments and/or points of view to increase awareness and develop a strong corporate image and grow brand awareness
Develop and execute campaign-based customer-centric editorial calendar aligned to customer journey and buyer personas
Identify, emphasize, and communicate the value of an LMS and Docebo’s key differentiators as a learner-centric solution
Define and disseminate Docebo brand identity and voice – create and maintain Docebo Marketing Playbook resource for cross-functional use across the organization
Drive lead generation across multiple channels and platforms to support demand generation/digital team
Incorporate and experiment with a variety of different formats for assets – including webinars, whitepapers, 1-pagers, videos, blogs, photos, infographics, and others
Ensure all content––from copy, to messaging, to images––is on brand, aligns with Docebo’s corporate voice/tone, and is optimized for search and user experience to drive engagement and interest
Aggressively monitor and maximize content SEO rankings, adjusting the content strategy as keyword research dictates, and conducting periodic competitive audits
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new and innovative ways to better serve the e-Learning market
Implement a metrics-based approach to growing content into an ROI-positive channel, ensuring all content has clear KPIs and achieves anticipated results
Work closely with members of the Digital Marketing team and Product Marketing team to ensure all deadlines are met
Collaborate across departments on shared projects and integrate content activities within traditional marketing campaigns, communicating the value of content and its many use cases
Adhere to budgets for lines of responsibility and report on any variances
Manage vendor relationships as they pertain to co-branded/co-created content and content strategy execution (webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, etc.)
Manage growing content strategy team – including Senior Content Manager and Marketing Communications Manager
At least 5 years experience in B2B content marketing ideally with experience in Learning Management Systems or e-Learning
Proven track record of building and managing high performance teams
Proven proficiency in managing complex projects
Excellent speaker, presenter, and communicator
Enjoy collaborating and working with teams across the organization
Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international and diverse environment
A second language is an asset (French/Spanish/Italian)
