Docebo transforms its customers’ training experience, empowering everyone - from employees to partners to clients - to learn by combining Formal and Informal (or social) learning.

Culture is incredibly important to Docebo, a company where every team member is family and everyone contributes to the success and happiness of the entire team. From catered meals for our “Lunch and Learns,” group outings, and Friday Happy Hours, Docebo encourages the team to not only work well together, but also have fun together.

If you are looking for a place where you can build something greater than yourself alongside some of the most talented and dynamic people you’ve ever worked with, Docebo might just be the place for you.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working with partner/large enterprise accounts and will typically be dedicated to a single Tier 1 partner who has multiple projects in-flight. You will allocate resources to many different tasks, keep them under control and ensure the fulfillment of delivery timing and quality. You will work within a team fully dedicated to the same client, including implementation specialists, customer success managers, and software developers.

Our ideal candidate will be very organized, can communicate well with cross-functional teams, pays strict attention to details, and prefers to roll up his or her sleeves as opposed to delegating out project-related tasks. We are looking for a doer and not an order giver. He or she will constantly be looking for ways to improve processes for Docebo and our partner and will also have prior software industry experience. Plus, he or she must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.

In return, the Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to help build out our program working with partners in this capacity moving forward. Your ideas and input will be greatly valued and appreciated and your efforts can launch you into an amazing career with Docebo as you will have many opportunities for continued career and professional growth. This position will have a spotlight on it within the company so this will be an opportunity for you to shine and really build something amazing. If this interests you (plus our amazing benefits) then go ahead and apply!
